Starwalker
The mare moved with a grace that caught every eye along the rail. Her steps are smooth and fluid. She carries herself with a rare balance—refined in her delicate head and arched neck, yet undeniably powerful in her broad chest and strong hindquarters. She is the picture of a stock horse who could work all day and still look elegant while doing it.
The ranch hands had given her the name Starwalker the first time they saw her in the round pen under the early night sky. With the moon just rising, her glossy coat shimmered in the pale light, and as she circled, each stride seemed to glide like a dancer across a stage of silver dust. One of the men leaned on the rail and whispered, “She walks like she’s following the stars". The name stuck instantly—Starwalker.
