Silky Keno spent her entire life with us, here at Seunta LLC. Shadow of Blue was born here as well. We were honored to be invited to bring both her and Shadow to BreyerFest 2001 as guest horses. And, most importantly, to have Breyer donate proceeds from their sales to the American Cancer Society.
These models have been packed away since then. Never removed from their boxes/bags until photographed this week.

Amber was introduced in 1997 and has the "© Breyer Reeves." linear mold stamp on the inside of the right hind leg. After the first "Amber" and "Ashley" sets were made the molds were retooled to realign the seam over the right eye, refining the ears, and relocating the chestnuts on the hind legs of the Amber molds. The chestnuts should have been below the hocks but were originally above the hocks, which provides an easy way to tell the older models from the newer ones. Amber and Ashley are the twin daughters of Marabella, and Amber is designed to fit under Marabella's neck. Amber is a Morgan filly and Breyer mold #488. It was sculpted by Kathleen Moody.

The Lady Phase mold is a portrait of the champion Quarter Horse mare of that name owned by singer Lynn Anderson. It was introduced in 1976 and has the round "Breyer Molding Co." mold stamp, and some have the "B" stamp as well. She has never had the "U.S.A." mold stamp. The mold was sculpted by Chris Hess and is Breyer mold #40.
